All Sales Are Final All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully — including product details, quantity, and shipping address — before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind what we ship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in
Once we receive and review your report, we will let you know whether a replacement or refund applies and provide next steps. We may ask you to return the item; if so, we will cover the return shipping cost for qualifying claims.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse, normal wear, or improper care after delivery
Order Cancellations We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been packed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and this Return & Refund Policy applies.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
